Our son Jake started playing football at 8 years old he was very nervous not to mention lacking in size and skills. We observed during his first year of little league football he was not confident on the field at all! We asked Coach Jones to start working with Jake at FASST around the age of 10.
Needless to say, I was very nervous about Jake starting in a workout regimen at such a young age!  I was most impressed at how Coach Jones took the time to reach out to my wife and I and ask questions about what we wanted to see happen for Jake.  My fears were put to rest when I took Jake to workout and saw that there was a clear program in place for someone Jake's age and size. We watched Jake over the next few seasons go from being timid and reserve on the football field to becoming very aggressive and highly confident. His confidence has transcended into all aspects of his life on and off the field of sports!
I am grateful to have had the opportunity to get Jake into a very good athletics program and would recommend FASST to anyone!

He is very dedicated to his students and shows a tremendous quality in relating to them. I really enjoyed the FAST camp last week.  Our son had a great time and learned alot!  It was hard, but I know that he enjoyed the challenge.  I LOVE the amount of respect that you demand from the kids, it has really helped at home too.  He is also doing the camp for the next 3 weeks.
