SPEED, AGILITY, & ENDURANCE SUMMER CAMPS

FASST Center invites you to attend our Summer Speed/Agility/Conditioning Football Camp.

Our training camp's focus is on speed, agility, lateral movement, vertical movement, explosive power, endurance, flexibility/injury prevention and strength.  We provide a positive training environment while also helping the participant's physical and mental performance. While the training camps may be intense the overall results prepare the participants for Fall Sports.  

Camps will begin on June 4th and run through July 21st with 3 week intervals. There will speed camps included in the training this year along with extensive football position training.

* (Camp 1a) Dates June 4 - June 23 Mon., Tues., & Thurs.    10:00-11:15 am Cost $130

* (Camp 1b) Dates June 4 - June 23 Mon., Tues., & Thurs.    5:30-6:45 pm Cost $130

* (Camp 2a) Dates: July 5 - July 21st Mon.,Tues., & Thurs.    10:00-11:15 am Cost $130

* (Camp 2b) Dates: July 5 - July 21st Mon.,Tues., & Thurs.    5:30-6:45 pm Cost $130

Not just your typical football camp.   

This is our 7th year of running football camps with proven results. 

  We have certified trainers and certified sports conditioning specialist.  

 Our trainers have played sports through the high school and collegiate level. 

Our trainers have an understanding of what is needed to bring out the best in an athlete.

We maintain a professional yet relaxed environment during training sessions.

                               Space will be extremely limited.    Maximum of 25 campers per session. 

Each participant will receive a FASST T-shirt.

We try to design our camps for everyone. 

 All we ask is that you have a desire to work and the drive to get better.  There is no drug that we give that can make you a better athlete.  Only self-motivation, work and dedication to following instructions can bring you to being a better athlete.
