FASST Athletic Perfomance and Training

 FASST is a fully licensed and insured Sports Performance and Fitness company that has worked diligently to offer training programs that are unique to the complete development of our customers overall athletic performance and fitness. We offer private and group training sessions that feature athletic development in speed, strength, endurance, explosive power, mental strength, and overall fitness. Our training techniques are a compilation of years of training and dedication from some of the most respected names in the business. We focus on teaching proper technique, fundamentals and keeping our customers focused and interested in the program.  Prior to beginning one of our training programs we offer a pre-evaluation exam and a thorough discussion of what our training programs offer. 

Our programs are designed to motivate each customer while providing proven results.  Although we have many clients our training programs are not for everyone.  We have offer very competitive rates along with superior training programs.  Our Lead Coaches/Trainers are certified through AFPA and USA T&F and have participated in sports on the high school and collegiate levels, while learning techniques from current and past professional trainers and athletes.   

We focus on developing athleticism and fitness one step at a time from Start to Finish.    Whether it is just getting into shape, conditioning, strength training, speed training, agility training, mental focus or sport-specific training you can rest assure that the individual will be trained and educated to maximize the total training experience.  Whatever your sport or activity may be we can assist you in getting the results you are looking for.
